Hi!

My name is Sara, I'm a sculptor, bodyworker, traveler, and mother to my wonderful daughter Elea.

Welcome to Wild Hands, my online space, lovingly created for you, as an inspiration for living.

The through line in my story, as you will read, is my hands, as I love creating and help you heal.

I am an artist at heart—sculptor, draftsman, and maker. In my home atelier, I craft ceramic objects, such as tiles, sculptures, and customised copaleras.

Drawing is my second nature, with a profound love of capturing the essence of animals.

I love exploring various artisanal practices, such as forging, to enrich my artistic journey.

My connection with the hands extends beyond art, which is why I embrace the Enrootment Method—a form of trauma-informed bodywork that allows me to help others restore their nervous system.

I love to travel in nature, with Iceland as my second home. In my Treasure shop, I share handmade items from my favourite places and people, all artisanally handcrafted with respect for nature, culture and heritage.

Welcome to my world of Wild Hands.
